You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  3. Wait for approval from our team. Once approved, we will provide:

    • The return address

    • Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned to our international warehouse

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Request a return for your original order

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days

  • You will receive a refund confirmation email

  • Funds typically appear back in your original payment method within 3–5 business days

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Due to our fast processing and fulfillment system, orders begin preparation immediately and cannot be modified or canceled after this 24-hour window.

If the cancellation window has passed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then follow the standard return process.
